The pain has improved by 90%. I also noticed that I have more mobility through my rotator cuffs. I rarely use these types of products during the day since they smell so medicinal and leaves my skin so greasy. Myoflex has absolutely no odor and my skin is dry. I can use it anytime and be around people lol. I love it!
