I got the chocolate Premier Protein shake to try out.
I used it as a lunch time meal replacement. I must say, the 30gms of Protein go a long way. The replacement did keep me full and I liked the chocolate taste. What i wasn't to keen on is because the protein is so "heavy" while drinking it, I had the "heavy" after taste. This is something that may deter people from drinking the shake. But if you can get past the heaviness, or even mix it with chocolate milk, its an awesome meal replacement!

Both tasted fine and wend down smoothly. one bottle replaced my lunch meal, so it does keep you full for quite a while.
The only down side, if the feeling of the protein. I found it very heavy to swallow. Its like you can taste the protein. The chocolate does a good job of masking most of the taste, but its still there.
If you can get past the heaviness of the protein, then this is a great product.!

So I have a 2 year old nephew who loves to be outdoors most of the day.
These packages are so convenient because they don't take up much space and you can re-close them once you open them. Also, they don't spill like most yogurt drinks.
I had to taste them for this review and I must say, they do have a great taste. My nephew is also picky, so he enjoyed these packs. And the package is the right size for a 2 year old to hold.
These are not only great as snacks, but as tide over until the next meal if you are out and about shopping with your little one. Not to mention they are very healthy and great for calcium consumption,.

The taste is not only wonderful, but smooth as you drink it. Very nourishing and the pack is good for traveling and storing in small spaces.
Good for a quick snack for children as well as adults because I snuck one of his and loved it for my afternoon break!
Would recommend this to any parents.

He absolutely loved it! The scent was nice, refreshing and light. Did not overpower any other scents (ie colonges) he was wearing. The product itself was light an non greasy and absorbed super fast into the skin, leaving his skin soft. The package was a perfect size for a pocket ! he could take it anywhere.

After consuming it, your left with an aftertaste of orange-mandarin and not the harsh taste of Club Soda.
For those that are diabetics, you will also benefit and its naturally sweated and very very low on sugar.

I must say that Boost did have a better taste. It didn't taste like a chalky milk product. It was quite nice when its cold. (Don't try it warm). Its perfect to replace a meal or to add to a meal. I would have the shake with a salad or sometimes instead of a mid-day snack I would use the boost shake. The Protein is what kept me from feeling hungry.
I would buy this product again, esp since I work out at the gym and its a great drink afterwards.

So I use an Oral B electric brush. The one with the round head. I love that thing, but I find myself still scrubbing my teeth as I would if I were using a "manual toothbrush". Dentist says I have to let it do the work, but I think the head is way... +
So I use an Oral B electric brush. The one with the round head. I love that thing, but I find myself still scrubbing my teeth as I would if I were using a "manual toothbrush". Dentist says I have to let it do the work, but I think the head is way too small. Along came the Arm & Hamnmer Spinbrush. I didn't think it would work well because it runs on batteries. Well to my surprise, this little gadget is powerful! I love the handle, easy to use. And best of all, I get the round head and a bonus square head that goes up and down. Well I wasn't scrubbing as hard and I actually felt this product work and cover way more space when cleaning. Now when my Oral B dies,(which may be soon), I will be switiching to the Spin Brush. And as an added bonus, I can take it on trips!!!! -

Its moist and has a handy container to keep it that way when you put it in the fridge.
The chocolate is just perfect - smooth! and you can add candles and make it a birthday cake, or add decorations to it and make it an any event cake! Plus its easy to transport.

Its not for the faint of heart! lol, you have to practice a bit and at first it feels really weird, but after you get the hang of it, you actually get hooked and you feel great afterwards.
One warning though. Do not blow your nose right afterwards. I almost blew out an ear drum because my sinuses still had some water.
I would buy it again.
