They were quite filling, but I question the bioavailability of the nutrients in this this processed bar. It was also the least tasty of the three that I tried. I received my bottle for free. I found myself going to bathroom alot more which is great because I often get irritation in my bladder. The tea made me thirsty and I drank alot more water than usual. I was tired while I was taking it but now a few days after stopping I feel energized. My only issue with this product is its price. $35.99 is alot for me because I am on a pension. I have no idea why my picture is sideways. -

Baby shampoo is a great deal. I never have to worry about getting shampoo in my grandchildren's eyes. Baby shampoo has an anesthetic in it which is why it doesn't burn eyes. Another use is when someone gets attacked with bear spray. People used to use milk in an attempt to ease the extreme burning in eyes and on skin, but now baby shampoo is used. You basically rub the baby shampoo into the victims eyes then rinse with water you keep repeating this process until the ambulance arrives. The ambulance's in Surrey BC also use baby shampoo to alleviate the pain while taking the victim to hospital. Overall a great shampoo/numbing agent. -

Apricot scrub is great, I can get the fresh from the spa feeling for a few cents. It exfoliates the top layer of skin without all the harsh chemicals they use for facials, and what a great use for Apricot pits that would other wise be thrown out. I will teach my grand-kids about how to care for their skin when they are old enough. Another oldie but goody. -

I can also use it on my Grandchildren without worrying about their skin or any interaction with the lavendar lotion I put on them after the bath to help them sleep. Over all a GREAT bar soap. -

While our family usually buys Kirkland wipes because they have lower prices without losing quality. I by Huggies whenever they are on sale. They are moist but not too soggy, freshly scented and gentle on babies bottoms, hands, faces or wherever there is dirt. I keep a small package in my car which has saved mt bacon several times when eating in the car..adults and children. I would defiantly recommend them for a variety of uses. Great product. -
