This medication was very easy to take. I used to wake up 3-4 times each night covered in sweat. The first week it only happed 2 times the second week, once. I had not waken with night sweats in weeks. I also noticed it took the edge off of my mood- not as on edge as my usual before the med. I did not notice an increase in libido that diminished with pre menopause but that was the only downfall -
