There are whole hazelnuts, cacao nibs, almonds, oats, all coated in cocoa powder. I added milk and fresh strawberries, and by the end… the milk turned into the most delicious chocolate milk. It’s amazingly good! You can add it to your breakfast or have it as a dessert.

What I do love is how moisturizing it feels. My lips look healthier and more hydrated after I use it. The sheer pink shade is also really flattering, it complements my face nicely and gives a natural, fresh look. If you’re expecting dramatic plumping, this might not be the one, but for hydration, comfort, and everyday wear, it’s a really lovely product.

I’ve been using Tru Earth Laundry Detergent Sheets and I really appreciate how eco and convenient they are. The packaging is compact and cardboard-based, so it’s storage and travel friendly.
The fresh linen scent is pleasant, but I did notice that the fragrance doesn’t really linger on clothes after washing. They’re gentle on fabrics and skin, which I really like, and I love that they’re made in Canada.
For everyday laundry, they do the job well, but they don’t fully remove tougher stains. I still have to follow up with another method. Still, if you're looking for a waste-conscious alternative that’s easy to use and easy to pack, this is a great option.
