I was overjoyed to be chosen to test the online ordering system and order a DQ Cake as part of the Product Review Club. I ordered a 9" Heart Shaped Choco Cherry Love Blizzard cake to celebrate an anniversary. I did notice that the selection varied depending on the store you choose, which is something I am going to keep in mind should I need a particular cake in the future. The selection offered was fun to look through. I really appreciate an online ordering system. It meant I could order the cake when I had a minute, rather than when they were open/when I could call. I liked the personalization options. However, I would have liked to see the customizable options on the cake - even if it was a picture with a disclaimer saying it might not look exactly the same. I liked that they showed the icing colours for instance; however, it would have been nice to see the writing on the cake too! In time, I guess they could aim to enhance the ordering process. The in-store pick up was fast and easy! The cake itself was beautiful and delicious! I loved the uniqueness of a heart-shaped cake. I would DEFINITELY order another DQ cake in the future and recommend it to a friend. I have already told many friends and colleagues about the ease of the online ordering system. Thank you Chick Advisor for giving me the opportunity to test the online system and enjoy a delicious cake!    -
