I love my eyeliners. This one is great because of the pen like tip. Makes it easy to apply and get " fancy" with it. Long lasting. Doesnt get all flakey. Pretty decent price too.

Wella Color Charm Developer 20 Volume
Just used wella charm developer and it has a nice consistency. Not too runny and lifted perfectly.Good price too for the size. It does smell strong if your sensitive.
