PediaFer Iron Supplement has been a practical way to support my little one’s iron needs, and it ended up fitting into our routine more easily than expected. The dropper makes it simple to measure the dose accurately, and being able to mix the full daily amount into a small serving of milk or purée keeps things low‑stress at dosing time. The lemon flavour is noticeable but fairly mild, so it has gone over better than other iron supplements we’ve tried, especially when it is mixed into food. After using it consistently, energy and alertness have seemed good, and there were no obvious stomach issues beyond the slightly darker stools that are typical with iron. The only thing to watch for is the usual liquid‑iron downside of potential teeth staining, so a quick sip of water and a wipe of the teeth or gums after each dose feels like a smart extra step. Overall, PediaFer feels like a convenient option for newborns and toddlers who need extra iron support, as long as it is used exactly the way a healthcare provider recommends. -

Pregnancy acne, especially the hormonal kind, can be relentless. But this wash has really helped keep breakouts at bay without irritating my skin. It’s gentle, effective, and feels safe enough to use regularly. Definitely a solid companion through this phase.

A great lunch snack. The franks are delicious, definitely noticeable that they are not classic. Turkey taste does prevail a bit. However once seasoned to your liking with condiments, no one could notice the difference. They are great size and fit well into most buns you can buy at the grocery store. Cook time is relatively the same as regular ones. Overall a great treat.

Got this mouthwash to test for free from Butterly - wasn't expecting miracles since whitening products usually disappoint me. But after using it religiously for a week (morning and night), I'm shook. My teeth aren't suddenly getting blindingly white, but they've definitely lightened a few shades - enough that my coworker asked if I got them professionally cleaned.
What surprised me most:
• Zero burning sensation (finally a whitening product that doesn't feel like mouth torture)
• Morning breath stays fresh way longer than with regular mouthwash
• My coffee stains look noticeably lighter (and I drink 2-3 cups daily)
The taste is barely minty - more like alkaline water - which I actually prefer first thing in the morning. Only downside? You really need to stick with it - I didn't see results until day 7. Would I buy it? 100%, especially now that I know it works.

As someone with sensitive skin, finding a mineral sunscreen that doesn’t leave me greasy or ghostly has been a struggle - but this @BlueLizard SPF 50 (thanks @Butterly for the freebie!) might be the one. Here’s the real deal - if you spray it too close, it does go on white (classic mineral sunscreen move), but here’s the magic: within seconds of rubbing it in, the cast disappears completely. No streaky marks, no awkward pallor - just even, protected skin. Even better? It dries down totally matte. No greasy film, no clogged pores, just a clean, dry finish that plays nice under makeup or alone.
I’ve worn it through humid workouts and zero irritation - just hydration and peace of mind. The spray bottle of 149 g hopefully lasts long as a little goes a long way. For sensitive skin that hates heavy formulas - truly a game changer.

Real talk - Blue Lizard Kids SPF 50 might be the first sunscreen I don't completely hate. That UV-sensitive cap that turns blue in sunlight is such a smart way to remind me when it's time to reapply. I was worried about the mineral formula leaving that classic white cast, but this actually blends in completely on my skin after rubbing. It's thicker than the chemical stuff, sure, but absorbs in a few minutes and doesn't sting the eyes.
It was put it to the test at a hike and long day in the sun. The water resistance held up too. What I really appreciate is what's not in it - no oxybenzone or octinoxate, which makes me feel better about using it regularly. The bottle is smaller than I expected though - at 89mL we're going through it pretty fast with daily use and reapplying once the summer is in full force. And fair warning, it does need a some elbow grease to rub in completely.
After trying probably a dozen sunscreens, this is the first one where you can get a kid to cooperate during application- bonus is the color-changing cap - magic, and I think the gentle formula doesn't bother her sensitive skin and it is great for all types. It's become my go-to for everyday use and everything in between.

But because my hair tends to get oily more quickly, I've found that I need to wash it every day, which isn't ideal for my routine. Although the product performs as promised, I give it a 3/5 because of the additional upkeep needed. It works well, but it's not as practical as I had thought!
