He never got rash, hold his pee for long periods of course like any normal diaper have to change constantly can leave the baby in pee all day! I use them also for my second son since day one and it’s amazing it’s the only one I buy and I have tried the other brands of pampers but Baby dry is my favourite and the best price! -
