What can one say about bobby pins? They work! The tips have a plastic coating so they don't scratch your scalp. These are the large pins which I find easier to use than the small. They are the best bobby pins I have found in several years. I was really getting tired of the long pins being bent out of shape if I pinned too much hair. They were useless afterwards. These pins do have a "bump" on one side, just like the Goody pins I had bought before at the drugstore. However, it looks like Goody has greatly improved them. -

I have been stuck in my ways of using Lush products like Cosmetic Catastrophe or Love Lettuce. There are a few big differences though. With Lush, it is already a cream in a black bottle that you put on your face, let sit for 15-20 minutes and then rinse off. I was reading this mask and it turns out that it's a piece of fabric with the face mask already inside of it. The directions were pretty simple. Clean your face, apply the mask, wait 15 minutes, massage in, and rinse off. I got my bubble bath started, cleaned my face and pulled out the mask. It was a little larger than my face so it overlapped in my hair, neck and chin, but other than that, I have absolutely no complaints. Having seaweed and kelp in it, I thought the smell would be awful, but there is just enough perfume to not be overbearing, but still smell nice. I put the mask on, hopped in the tub, and relaxed for a good 20 minutes. I let it get a little hard/stiff before I massaged it just because from previous masks, it might take longer than it says on the package. I massaged the mask, removed it, and rinsed off to find my skin was so soft and clean. It was really a nice surprise. After using this mask, I think its hard for me to choose which I like more, Lush or Montagne Jeunesse. They both have their pros but aside from the size of the mask, I can't find a con for MJ. A big thumbs up to Montagne Jeunesse Dead Sea Face Mask. Plus, for $1.99 or cheaper, they rock! -

I have very brittle nails since finishing chemo and it's hard for me to find a nail polish that hardens and keeps polish on without making my nails even softer. This has to be another one of my favorite nail polishes. I usually use OPI by Sephora for my nail polish but wanted to give this a try. It has a nice large brush so you aren't having to dip it in the bottle 5-6 times. It comes on pretty thick as well. My nails only have one layer on right now and they look amazing. Plus, it gave it a nice hard coat before it was even completely dried. I am a big fan of this polish and the color that I got "Dive In" reminds me of the Tiffany Blue. Fantastic! I have nothing but great things to say about this polish. -

95% of the time when I have tried spraying it, it seems like nothing but water (or some other liquid material) comes out. I have gotten a couple sprays where the typical white residue appears, but most of the time it doesn't feel like anything oil-absorbing is getting on my hair. I notice almost no difference and end up with my hair in a ponytail anyways.

I've used a lot of different wax kits. This was one of the worst. I've been waxing for years so I know the ins and outs. The strips the come with the kit are tiny little squares. Definitely not leg waxing strips unless you want to be waxing for several hrs. The instructions say to leave it warm up for 30 min, if it doesn't roll smooth, leave it longer. An hour later and mine still wasn't rolling smooth. The consistency of the wax is horrible. It hurts when applying (more than when removing the hair). I heated the wax for over 40 minutes before first trying it. As it was so difficult to apply, I then continued to leave the device plugged into the power while using it but that didn't help. I also found that due to its thick, gummy consistency, it didn't cover the hair properly but instead tended to stick to my skin. Extremely disappointed. -

Great brush for any all-over face powder task. Large, fluffy domed top has super soft, dense bristles that perfectly blend and buff powder foundation or bronzer or just for softening lines all over the face after doing your contour application. The long handle is great and the brush is durable and high quality overall. Plus it's very easy to clean and dries faster than all my other brushes from other companies. Also for a very natural foundation look you can use this with liquid foundation. Overall, I love all of these brushes but specifically this one. -

I absolutely love this...I wanted a moisturizer, sunscreen, and tint all in one product for travel and this is it. I love the natural look and the 100 shade is perfect for my skin tone. The one ounce squeeze tube is perfect for packing. For extra coverage on certain spots I just use a cover stick. This wears well most of the day, with some fading after about seven hours of wear. Overall, if you're looking for a lightweight foundation that has some sun-protection benefits, this CC Cream is worth a look. -

These shadows remind me of Play-doh in the container, but they go on like a powder and give a very soft look. I do not find them to be hard to work with like most people have implied. I use 2-3 swipes and I have a nice color. I maybe would prefer to use a brush but I find my finger gives best color. I wouldn't recommend these with out primer or base, and I would caution not to expect heavy coloring. Out of all my eye shadows, I like the light and subtle colors these provide. -

While this is one of the pricier drug store foundations, I have found that it works great! It does come out a little thick, but it spreads around very nicely and even. It is a little difficult to get out of the bottle because it is so thick, but it is easy to spread across your face and blend. As with many long wear foundations, this tends to be a little drying, so make sure you exfoliate and moisturize before applying so you will not accentuate the appearance of dry skin. Overall, I love the coverage, love the finish and the effect it seems to have on my skin. I'm willing to forgive the few minor flaws for a great-looking complexion that lasts most of the day. Would I buy it? Definitely. -

I actually received this product complimentary to test out and review but I can tell you I absolutely loved the Rimmel Stay Matte Liquid Mousse Foundation. To me, this is an absolute MUST HAVE for the summer! It is very easy to apply and has a nice, whipped texture and spreads on evenly. It doesn't have that awful foundation smell to it like other products do and after wearing it for 8 hours, it still looks strong! I highly recommend it! -
