I really liked the taste of the gummies, they have a fruity flavour- no vinegar taste at all. I have tried them for about a week and although I haven’t noticed much of a difference, I’m hoping with continued use I will see some of the benefits.
Some benefits include:
✔️improved digestion and gut health
✔️support for improved cellular function
✔️helps support healthy immune function
They contain apple cider vinegar, beetroot, pomegranate, pectin and vitamin B12
They are also vegan and are low in sugar
The one thing I am being careful with is apple cider vinegar can be hard on tooth enamel so after I take a gummy I rinse my mouth out with water

I really liked how easy the spray was to use and worked great for protecting me. I was a bit nervous when I sprayed it at first because it was very white and was unsure if it would blend in fast. It blended in immediately and dried completely clear. I like that it is 50 SPF UVA/UVB protection as I do burn quite easily.
This is a brand I truly trust and was excited to try the spray formula as I have only tried the lotions

These kebabs were so easy to make and tasted delicious. It had a lot of flavour and the perfect consistency. I pan fried mine but you can cook it, fry it, use as a side, BBQ it, put it on a pizza or a pita! It’s very versatile.
