It instantly dissolves everything from stubborn, long-wear foundation and SPF to waterproof mascara with minimal rubbing or tugging. It truly lifts off all impurities and daily buildup in seconds. The balm has an ultra-creamy, soft texture that melts beautifully into a silky oil upon contact with your skin. When you add water, it transforms into a milky emulsion that rinses cleanly away, leaving absolutely no greasy residue.
Leaves Skin Bright and Hydrated: Unlike other cleansers that can leave my skin feeling tight and stripped, this one does the opposite. My skin feels incredibly soft.
