My hands get extremely dry in the winter and skin at the base of my fingers can crack and become irritated. I’ve been using the L’Occitane hand cream and have noticed quick recovery of the skin on my hands. It is thick so you don’t need to use a lot and it absorbs quickly so you don’t have to worry about your hands feeling greasy. Personally, I put it on the back of my hands and between my fingers, so my palms don’t directly come in contact with the cream which also helps prevent the feeling of greasy hands. It has a soft shea butter smell, so if you don’t like strong scents, you should be okay with this. I like that it comes in this “metal-like” style of packaging because when you squeeze product out, the packaging stays in that shape and the cream does not reverse back up. Therefore, you don’t have to fight for the product to dispense onto your hands.

The sheet mask comes encased in two grid films which actually makes it way easier to gently open and prepare to put on your face. You are supposed to remove one of the grids and maintain the other one, and I’ve actually found this to help keep the mask on my face as I went about my tasks. Lots of times I find that face masks kind of peel away from your face if you’re doing any type of activity other than laying down supine. It left my skin feeling plump and hydrated, and it also had a glow to it! -

I was gifted this product for an honest review. I’ve seen this type of patches advertised by influencers on TikTok and YouTube, and was really excited to try them out. I tried the patches on my most stubborn breakouts (for context, I don’t get a lot of breakouts) for several days in a row and they’ve not had any significant effect on healing or the appearance of them. And yet, I’ve used them on other less noticeable break outs and they’ve disappeared within one night of wearing the patches. I can’t ascertain whether that occurred due to natural healing or not, but given that there was nearly no effect on the more stubborn areas of breakouts, I don’t know that this product does what it claims to do. It could also just not be working for my skin.

What a beautiful combination of ingredients that feels great on the skin, isn’t too harsh, but seems to make my skin glow from within. With sensitive skin, I am always leery that products will break me out, but that’s not the case with the Lancôme H.C.F. Serum. I’ve only been using it for about a week so I cannot attest to long term anti-aging results. I do not feel that the scent is overpowering or worrying. My only gripe is with the price, it seems too steep for the ingredients it houses, and I don’t know that I can say it’s truly worthy for that price. -

Unfortunately, this very much felt like one of those bleh products that you get, try, think they’re just alright, and then never think about again. I can go pretty heavy on my makeup and I prefer the feeling of my skin feeling squeaky clean prior to my nighttime skincare routine. While this did absolutely cleanse my skin really well, it did also leave a film over it which I didn’t enjoy. Overall, it feels like an overpriced product for what it does, and I’ve had better experiences with products that are much more affordable. -
