My skin is very picky when it comes to moisturizers. I tend to breakout very easily, especially with moisturizers that have a SPF in them.
Surprisingly, my skin has been really happy with this moisturizer. I've been using it for the last week or so and my skin feels so smooth and is starting to look a lot brighter. No breakouts at all!
It absorbs really fast and doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy. I can apply my makeup quickly after putting it on.
It does have a scent, but I don't mind it at all.
The price is a little higher than I'd like to spend but I'd but it again in the future if it was on sale.

I've been using micellar water for the past year to remove my makeup before cleansing each evening. The brand I had previously used was good at removing makeup but I didn't find it cleaned my face thoroughly enough.
Since I got the SkinActive micellar water, I have been using it alone in the mornings and I use it at night as a follow up after oil cleansing. My skin has been feeling and looking really nice. No breakouts at all.
I would definitely purchase this in the future and recommend it.

I am not a fan of pomegranate. I was actually dreading trying this bar because of it. To my surprise, it ended up being my favourite bar!
It has a great texture that is the right mix of chewy and crunchy. The chocolate is subtle and really enhances the fruit flavours, especially the cherry.
I really like this and would definitely buy it again.

I'm not usually a fan of acai and I did find the flavour overwhelming in this bar compared to the other ingredients, but as a whole it was very nice. I think it was the dark chocolate that made a difference. Very chewy yet crunchy.
It isn't much healthier compared to other snack bars when it comes to sugar and calorie content, but it is more nutritious and offers antioxidants.
I would eat this again and would recommend it!

The taste was not something that I prefer as I am not too fond of blackberries, but it wasn't horrible. It had just the right amount of dark chocolate. It was subtle but enhanced the fruit flavours. It wasn't very sweet at all, which I appreciate.
The bar had an excellent texture. It was nice and chewy and nutty.
The calories and sugar amounts are not better than other "health' bars on the market, but they are nutritious and better for you than eating junk food.
I'd recommend it.

I found that this foundation does a pretty good job at covering. It tends to oxidize quite a bit, so I would definitely use a tester first and wait a bit to see how it looks on your skin before buying. I accidentalyl bought a shade too light and I am glad I did because around 15 minutes later it matched my skintone.
I originally loved how it made my skin feel and look when I first started using it. As the weather started getting colder and my skin started getting dryer, I noticed it enhanced the look of the dryness and my fine-lines.
The one thing that I really did like about it is that it pretty much sets itself, so I didn't need to use a powder to set it afterwards.
I'm looking forward to using it again in the warmer months. I would recommend it. I think this would be best suited for normal to oily skin.

I received the a free product coupon to purchase the shelf-stable Unsweetened Original Coconut Dream to review as part of the Chick-Advisor Review Club. I actually had the option to choose which product I wanted, but since my preferred beverage, Cashew Dream wasn't available, this was my next pick.
I follow a low-carb diet and often purchase nut or coconut milks to have as a low-carb, low-calorie option.
I've been using them during the winter to make hot chocolate for myself.
This was my first time trying Coconut Dream and I was really pleased with it. I found the coconut taste stronger than I have with other brands, which can be a turn off for some, but I like it. I could taste the coconut through my hot chocolate. It had a consistency that was similar to 1% milk. I really like that it only had 1g of carbohydrates so it fits in with my nutritional goals.
All in all, I think it was really good. I'd buy it again.

I think this product is a must have for the purse or office. My husband is always coming home with a button missing from his shirt. With this kit he could just fix the button himself at work.
I decided to take one of his shirts that had a button missing and use this kit. I didn't use any of the buttons in the package as his shirt had a spare button and the buttons in this package would have been a little too small for the holes as well. The process was super simple. This saves me so much time.
I would recommend this kit and I'd love to see other variations of this kit that have bigger buttons or a mix of big and small.

I received the Scotch Essentials Adjustable Hem Tape to review as part of the Chick-Advisor Review Club.
My son is in cadets and was just issues a new pair of slacks that were way too long for him. I didn't want to get them hemmed because he grows out of pants way too fast and I'd just have to let the hem down in a matter of weeks. I decided to try the Essentials Adjustable Hem Tape on them.
I found the application to be really easy. I measured and ironed the pants for a clean look. I then applied the tape and it looked great.
I really like this tape as it allows me to have my son's pants hemmed temporarily. I will just remove the tape before I wash them next and reapply if necessary.
I would recommend!

I had a pair of jeans that my mother-in-law picked up for me on a trip out of town that were 2-3" too long. I couldn't return them so they sat in my closet for nearly a year since I can't sew for the life of me :)
When I was accepted to review this product, I knew this was what I was going to try it on first. I really expected it to be difficult and that the result wouldn't last.
The process was really easy! I followed the instructions as it said and chose to iron the part I wanted hemmed because it helped to smooth out the area and make it cleaner looking.
The only issue I had was that some of the strips had glue outside its edges and even on top of the brown paper, so when pulling off the brown paper, the whole strip of glue tried to pull off with it causing it to stretch and mess up, even after pressing it down hard.
After washing my jeans, the hem is still there. It isn't budging. I am so pleased with this. I am now able to wear my jeans after waiting for a year.
I would highly recommend this product, not only for those who can't sew like myself, but for those who want to save time.
