I love this product. I always use soft soap for my hand soap. I find it has an awesome smell and doesn't dry my hands out. Plus u can buy the big bottle and just refill the small ones.

I found that it was best in smoothies. I tried it in coffee but I found that it had a weit'd taste. However it did give me more energy and that's the part I loved.
