I have very thin and fragile hair due to chemotherapy. I was advised to use the gentlest shampoo I could find so I started using baby shampoo. It worked well but didn't do much for the look and feel of my hair. A couple of weeks ago I saw an ad for the new Oat shampoo from Garnier which promised it was gentle - and it really was! I love that it leaves my hair so soft and clean with the body I needed and was missing with the baby shampoo. Highly recommended for anyone with a sensitive scalp and thin hair! -
PC Mango and Lime salsa
This is a fruit salsa, and although it says medium heat it is not very spicy. But the flavour is incredible - I could eat a whole jar! I would say it is more like a chutney than a salsa - and it goes really good with curry.

I decided to try it when I got home - it was the best flavoured popcorn I have ever had! My grandchildren were very upset to find I had eaten the whole bag by the time they got home from school. -

I am losing hair from chemotherapy and was advised at the Cancer Centre that the best way to minimise hair loss is to be very careful not to damage the hair folicles. The Dove shampoo is VERY gentle and I find that after using it I don't find as much hair trapped on my comb. I woukd recommend it to anybody needing a gentle shampoo - and as a bonus it leaves hair soft, shiny and manageable! -
