Unlike other gentle iron supplements I have taken in the past ending my pregnancy. They either made me feel nauseous or it had a metallic after taste. This actually made me crave some sweet gummy treats right after because it kind of has that sour but good palatable flavor. The consistency is thick but also smooth and I liked it. this consistency made it easy to core for me and I wouldn’t have to fight my toddler if she would need to take this. Wish I had this when I had low iron during pregnancy.

Easy to carry, and the packaging is perfect. My toddler did not want to remove it. Applies just like a band aid. I like that the circle patch is clear and stays on the skin for as long as I need.
