I definitely would like to keep taking these longer to really see more results. I know I got to sleep better, was not sweating as much. My mood seemed to improve after some use of the pills and stay more balanced. Random silly little things didnt just throw me off which I know mu family appreciates!
Other results can be hair and nail growth, which I think I would need a bit more time to get those results.
Overall these are worth it and certainly cannot hurt!

This is a pricy product so I understand why such small samples were mailed out however it is not enough to try see results from! Skincare can take months to see true results and I fortunately with a two or three times of usage I am unable to give a true opinion. Seems like it worked nicely as in makeup was removed and my skin was cleaned but as with many new products I broke out and in order to get thru that purge stage and see true results I would need to get to use the product longer -
