It is a meal in a quick chug. Has helped this single mom when she doesn't have much time on her hands and needs to get some nutrients in. -

I couldn't tell you if the product works because I could not get past the "taste" and consistency of the water with the powder in it. It absolutely disgusted me. The only way this can be used is in a smoothie in my opinion.
