It definitely gave me lots of energy and made my stomache feel happy. The only downfall I experienced was that I felt like all I could think about was food!! Our kids school just started selling Mable's Labels as a fundraiser and I'm in Love with them! They are so handy for when you have little ones to keep track of their stuff.
