I noticed that a box of these were left in the bathroom at me work so I thought why not. First off, I'm used to an applicator. Second, these things seemed very small even without the applicator. The idea of having to push something inside of your body is strange and honestly uncomfortable for many different reasons. I found that these weren't near as effective as other brands and were less than mediocre. These aren't for me, as environmentally conscious as they may be. -

I purchased the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream from Target and it was a little under 6 dollars. I immediately fell in love with the color before even opening it. I will caution that it isn't as dark as it appears, but it's more of a dark magenta color. It goes on creamy and dries matte. Once it dries it is a bit difficult to remove fully but it stays on nicely and doesn't rub off easily! I love this very very much and that's coming from someone that doesn't normally buy lipstick! -
