The pills are the normal size of most vitamins. They are very dark brown in colour & have a slightly sweet taste to them. There is no after taste to them, upset stomach or gas after taking them. My doctor told me to watch my cholesterol, but she won't test for until next year, so I can't see if it is helping to improve my levels yet. If it does, I will definitely continue to take it. -

With pre-menopause/menopause, I have been experiencing hot flashes in the night that wake me up & cause me to lose sleep as well as some brain fog.
The caplets are normal sized and easy to swallow. There is no taste or after taste. I don't experience any upset stomach or gas after taking the pills.
I haven't noticed any changes in my menopause symptoms, if anything, my nighttime hot flashes have increased. If the pills have lowered symptoms or kept them at bay, that is great. I'm not sure yet. When I finish all the pills & will see if my symptoms increase. If they do, I will be purchasing more.

When I opened the bottle, it had a nice smell to it and when I squeezed the bottle a little, the moisturizer was slightly tinted & not white. This is great as it didn't leave white streaks or marks on my face & didn't make me look paler than normal. I love a thick moisturizer and this Aveeno product is just that. Thick & creamy and absorbs nicely into my skin. It feels comfortable all day. The price is a little high, but I feel for the the quality, protection & feel of the product, its worth it for me. -

Upon applying it to my face, the feeling was smooth & light, not greasy or heavy. The smell was light too. I was able to easily apply it & wash it off. My skin felt soft & clean afterwards, not greasy or oily. The Shu Uemura Ultime8∞ Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil was good, but I would need a bit more to try it for a longer period of time for a full opinion. But with my first experience, it is worth trying again. -

They were able to easily master it before we put the stickers on it, then were challenged with the stickers but were able to complete it on multiple occassions. they really enjoy playing with it & it is a nice quiet activity to take in the car or when my kids have to wait anywhere. -

I tried one as well and it was delicious! The texture was perfect and the mango peach apple flavour was so good. It was like a moment on vacation! My hair is blonde & currently, the ends are heavily damaged & dull looking. When I opened the JOHN FRIEDA GO BLONDER LEMON MIRACLE MASQUE, I noticed the light citrus smell right away & loved it. It went on my hair easily. After washing it out, my hair felts softer & the colour looked shinier, a lot less dull than it was. After blowing my hair dry, the ends looked much better too, not as dry as they had been. After using it 3 times, my hair looks great! The ends of my hair look so much better too! -

VICHY LIFTACTIV RETINOL HA ADVANCED CONCENTRATE was difficult to figure out how to open, but once I got it open, the smell was very minimal & the cream was light to the touch. It wasn't greasy. within days, I noticed the improvement in my lines around my mouth. I did however have some breakouts on my cheeks (where I never breakout). My makeup went on well over the VICHY LIFTACTIV RETINOL HA ADVANCED CONCENTRATE. And washing my face at night was normal, not a greasy slipper mess like some other creams. I would recommend it for its effectiveness, but I do think it is too pricey for me to use regularly. -
