i found this product helpful when I was able to use it properly. I took it before a meal and also tried it after a meal which doesn't really work. i think this producdt helps with bloating also.

I do wish it was biodegradable, would be a VERY nice feature as I currently only use products that can be dissolved. -

We found this sunscreen to be excellent, particularly because of how lightweight and quickly it absorbs into the skin. I always test skin products on myself since I have sensitive skin, and this SPF worked really well for me. It didn't sting anyone's eyes or stain our clothes, which was a big plus. However, I didn’t like the fact that it creates a cloud around you, and I have concerns about anyone potentially breathing it in. It can seal in odors for up to a week, giving you plenty of time to clean out the box before your home starts to stink.
The only issue was that it can stick to the paws and be tracked throughout the house.

I've been using this product for a week now to see if it can help my sore muscles from workouts. I am not sure if the oil is helping, but the oil does produce an intense tingling and cooling sensation that, if properly applied, does feel soothing on the muscles. The tingles lasted a while, and I did become very cold from the product. I recommend being careful about how much you use and be sure to wash your hands well as the oil can burn your eyes and other sensitive areas of your body!! I also like to mix this oil with the almond oil to give my skin a healthy glow.

I was excited to try these patches, unfortunately they were disappointing as my spots had no change while using the patches overnight. Perhaps they are more effective over multiple uses, but I prefer to use a patch with results overnight. They do have a nice feel and I like that they are odorless. They also have great adhesion and did not irritate my sensitive skin.
