I normally will wake up 6-7 times while sleeping having my night sweats. I would say I'm waking up 2-3 times now. My hot flashes are out of control and I have an autoimmune disease that has heat intolerance so you'd compounds my hot flashes. I'll say I've seen about a 50% improvement. I'll say this gives me Miracle in capsules. For the improvement I've seen I'll take your as a win win!
