It is not very often that I get hooked on a drugstore skincare line as I am a firm believer of the phrase "quality over quantity". But this line by Neutrogena is AMAZING. So far, I have purchased the gel cream and the gel eye cream. The rest of the line is on my wishlist. I have oily skin and this did not make my skin greasy but did help hydrate it and leave it feeling soft and clean. -

It is so easy to draw a clean, crisp, even line. and it is UNDER 10 BUCKS! Go covergirl. -
