The L'Occitaine Almond Shower Oil is a wonderful body wash that leaves my skin feeling soft and nourished. I love that as soon as you mix the product with water, it first turns milky, then foamy, and rinses off easily, without leaving an oily or sticky residue. The almond scent on my skin is subtle, and not so overwhelming. I really like the bottle it comes in, as well. It's a plastic bottle with a flip top lid, which allows you to easily squeeze out the shower oil. It also allows you to have greater control of how much product is poured out.

I really enjoyed the Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Squares. I like that they come in individually wrapped squares. I had the opportunity to taste all three of the flavours, which include dark, milk, and white chocolate. All three of the squares have a crispy wafer layer in the centre. The dark chocolate is not overly bitter, it is the perfect balance of bittersweet. The white chocolate tastes creamy and fresh. And the milk chocolate is very reminiscent of the original Ferrero Rocher Chocolate. I truly enjoyed all three, but the milk chocolate flavour was my favourite. -

I don't eat a lot of fish, and so, I am looking for other ways to get Omega-3 into my diet. The NOW Ultra Omega-3 pills are so easy to take, offering 1000mg of fish oils. I love that it has no fishy aftertaste. I was worried by the size of the pills, but they are very easy to swallow. I will continue to take these to help maintain and improve my hear health, along with brain and eye health. -

The L'Occitane Hand Cream truly does deliver on shea comfort. It contains 20% shea butter, and I can really feel it as I apply it to my skin. The hand cream itself has a lovely thick texture to it - it is more like a balm when you first apply it, but it does not feel heavy. This hand cream also blends and absorbs easily into the skin. My hands are left feeling so nourished. I also love the hydrating glow it leaves on my skin. It has a wonderfully fresh scent to it - I would describe it as a powdery fresh scent.

I absolutely love these Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies from Goli. First of all, they taste absolutely delicious! It's like eating a sour apple gummy candy, which makes taking this supplement a delight. I find that this product especially helps me with bloating, I feel lighter after taking these. Also, on nights where I have felt especially bloated, I took a Goli gummy and it helped with the discomfort after a short time. I really love this product and have added it to my daily supplement routine.

The Blue Lizard mineral sunscreen stick is awesome because of how portable it is. It is a tiny stick that allows you to twist up the product, like a deodorant stick, and easily swipe on the product. The sunscreen itself feels a bit chalky when you first apply it, and is definitely very white, but it blends mostly invisible into the skin. I do find that it is a little difficult to blend in with your fingers, as the texture is a bit dry. There is just the slightest white cast on my medium toned skin with this product, and so, I'm not sure how well it would work for darker skin tones. There is no scent to this product, which I really like, as I don't like it when my sunscreen smells like a chemical on my face all day. I like that I can just toss the product into my bag and carry it with me wherever I go, and that allows me to conveniently reapply it throughout the day, as well.

I have tried applying it to both dry and wet hair, and both seem to work. My hair is left feeling so soft, and I noticed a significant reduction in frizz too. I like that it's a once a week treatment that has lasting benefits on my hair. My hair feels more nourished and stronger. It has a nice perfume scent to it, which I enjoy as well. -

The L'Occitane Shea Butter Ultra Rich Body Cream is such a luxurious cream. It is infused with shea butter, which leaves your skin feeling so nourished. It is a thicker cream, but it absorbs very quickly into the skin. It does leave a moisture barrier on the skin, without leaving an oily or tacky residue. My skin feels so soft and silky after each application, and it looks absolutely radiant. It has a lovely fresh floral scent, as it is also infused with jasmine and ylang-ylang. I really like that the container is an aluminum jar that is more eco-friendly and allows you to refill it - although, the insert seems to be plastic, so, I'm not sure how eco-friendly it really is. I also love that the label has braille on it, which could be very helpful to those with visual impairments.

The TheraBreath Fresh Breath in Icy Mint is a refreshing mouthwash. It has been clinically shown to fight bad breath for upto 12 hours. It has zero alcohol or dyes, and the best part, no burning sensation. Although the flavour is an icy mint, it has a pleasant peppermint taste, which leaves your mouth feeling cool, and not like it's burning. I do find that my mouth feels fresh for several hours after using this product. I especially like that it is alcohol-free, which made it the perfect choice for me while on chemotherapy. The chemo left a terrible taste in my mouth, and this mouthwash really helped counter that. It is also certified gluten-free, vegan, kosher, and halal, to meet most dietary needs. -
