When I first read this series, I have to admit I was OBSESSED. I was in high school, and it was the perfect fantasy love story for me at the time. When I re-read it a few years later, I had to admit it was quite poorly written, and didn't have the same effect on me like when I first read it. Though the movies made for good eye candy, I think this is something that will be out of fad soon. (Though watching the riff-track movies with my book club made for an awesome night!) -

I really liked how the Vega One shakes are a quick grab and go breakfast for me. It fills you up, you don't need to add anything unless you want to, and your getting half of the nutrients you needs for your day in one go.
The ONLY think I don't like about vega one, is that it can be really gritty when you drink it, and sometimes in the AM my throat and stomach do NOT like that, if it was smoother it would get 5 stars.
