Absolutely appalling!! I ordered in November and it was taking a while to come as i still didn't have it in December. After emailing them a couple of ties i was told i would just have to wait due to COVID-19 which i understood. February came and...   +

Absolutely appalling!!

I ordered in November and it was taking a while to come as i still didn't have it in December. After emailing them a couple of ties i was told i would just have to wait due to COVID-19 which i understood.

February came and still nothing so i emailed them again asking where it was with no response. the package came by DPD when i was out. instead of leaving it with a neighbor which i requested they sent it back to the states. i am in the UK.

this was in March.. it is now May and i have just recently received an email saying they got it back and could i confirm my delivery address which i did and they said due to me being in the UK they can't resend it so they will give me a refund instead which i accepted. I spent £41.97 with Charmed Aroma, my bath bombs cost £13.99 each and i bought 3 so a total of £41.98 with taxes and shipping. they have issued me a refund for £26.98.

£26.98!!!! not even a full refund for the package i never even received and they are refusing to send back. worst company i have ever dealt with and they were Christmas presents that people never received. which upset me as i had spent that much for peoples gifts i then had to spend further money getting different gifts and i don't even get a full refund? what kind of company is this?!!! Never again, the agents never get back to you and they don't give all of your money back when your entitled to it anyone thinking of buying from here there are plenty other companies that do ring bath bombs just please dont cause yourself unnecessary stress and shop here. Disgraceful.    -
