Dempster's Maple French Toast Flavour Bagels
The Maple French flavour bagels were difficult to find not available in all grocery stores. The bagels were tasty toasted with cream cheese or peanut butter. Would purchase again. Nice change from regular purchased bagel. Nice flavour.

Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
The Vanilla Shake is low in carbs/sugar and a good source of calcium. It is an excellent, nutritional mid morning/afternoon snack. It did not cause blood sugar levels to spike.

Premier Protein Shake is the first Protein Shake I have tried. The Shake is tasty. Would differently recommend. The Shake is a good drink after the golf game. Left me feeling full and energized. Will now also try the Premier Protein Bars.
