**[The stylist] ruined my hair; I walked in a blond, walked out a brunette.

I went back 2 days later, after giving my self a chance to get used to ht new colour, to let [them] know that I was decidedly unhappy (actually I devastated at the state of my hair). I expressed that I didn't know what I could have said differently to have communicated any clearer, "just do again what I have on my head now." [The stylist] replied with "What do you want me to do?" in a accusatory tone, like him not listening was somehow my fault. I wanted him to fix it, which he did BUT he charged me for to correction, to boot! Going to Tony Chaar Salon was a terrible, traumatic experience. I will never go back and neither should you.
