I use this in my shower and the little granules are not rough, they are gentle on the skin and moisturizing. When I come out of the shower, I smell good and my skin is so smooth! These Epsom salts are my favourite. They have the Epsom to relax your muscles and mind, plus vitamin D for bone health, and essential oils for a happier mood. This Black Elderberry scent in particular has a nice sweet and invigorating scent to it. I do find it just a bit too strong of a smell, but it is still awesome!
