I usually hate chewable tablets of any kind but these taste really good, very orange-y. Definitely helps boost my immune system. Of course you also need to eat right and and all that to prevent illness as well. -

However, at the first signs of one approaching, use Abreva and you will see its amazing ability to prevent a cold sore from becoming big painful ugly mess on your face. It lessens the degree of the cold sore. Even when used after a cold sore appears, it definitely helps to shorten the healing time. Great product, though a little expensive at between 15-20 dollars for a small little tube. However, it definitely works! -

For starters, you can never go wrong with a pair of plain black flip-flops. These however, are the most comfortable pair of flip flops I have ever owned! They provide enough shock absorbancy and support and the straps are suitable for all summer weather (except they will get wet in the rain b/c it's cloth). I bought them specifically for humid weather since plastic flip-flop straps rub my skin raw in humidity. I have been wearing them almost every day. Love them!
I suggest getting them on sale though, they are a bit pricey regularly for me at 25 dollars. I purchased mine on sale :)

It's also build-able if more coverage is desired. Very easy to work with, the packaging is practical (sifter holes have a cover), and an ample amount of product is given. The color matches my skin tone very well. -
