As a kid I remember my grandmother telling us to keep our navel oiled and moist for good skin and gut health.
It's an Ayurvedic wellness ritual where oils are applied to the belly button as part of a self-care routine.
Recently when I received the Radiant Root Navel Oil I was happy and hesitant too. But after 2 weeks use and I love how simple this ritual feels to add into my routine.
The blend includes ingredients like sesame oil, almond oil, moringa and saffron, designed to support balance and overall wellbeing.
What I like the most is it brought back memories of my childhood with my grandmother and her sweet reminder to take care of yourself.
