Bought a Singer Fashion Mate 3333 and unfortunately didn’t begin using it until two weeks after it arrived. When I began using it I repeatedly had issues with thread tension and when I tried to sew a button hole I was horrified with how awful it was. I could have hand sewn a better button hole - it was that bad. I tried different tensions, different threads, different materials and nothing worked. I attempted to get a refund only to be informed that you only have 2 weeks to request one. I sent it back under warranty, waited 5 weeks for Singer Australia to assess it, for them only to inform me it was working fine. I asked for them to refund me for the machine due to major defects, and of course they claimed nothing was wrong. Well explain the following photos them. Horrible customer service. Horrible products. Will never purchase from them again.    -
