The instructions were very easy to follow. I also love it comes with the tray and brush. I wish there was a permanent option for these colors as I dont normally go semi. -

I used this as a base to lighten my hair before dying it another color. It did good at lightning my actual hair to a blonde color but didnt lighten and areas of my hair that had a permenant color on it already. Also i would have rather had a tray... +

Also i would have rather had a tray and brush like the colou comes with. mixing the powder in the bottle is a bit messy and gets caught in the nozzel. -
CND CREATIVE PLAY Base Coat
This base coat was great. It dried quickly so I could move into the color within a minute. It also helped my nails feel stronger as they are on the thin side. When not using color I still use this on my nails just for shine and strength.

CND CREATIVE PLAY Top Coat
I love that I didn't have to cure my nails. I applied the top coat while the Polish was still sticky and it still dried in 1-2 mins. It also have a great shine to the color. I would use this on any polish.

With the user of the base coat the color was very vibrant. I had the Royal blue. It did take 2 coats to get a full cover but with the top coat it did dry fast. And it lasted over a week with no chips.

Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
Like the chocolate one this one didnt have the chalky taste either. But I found this one to be very sweet. It was alsmost like driking a liquid vanilla cake with frosting. If you love vanilla than you will love this, just too sweet for me.

Premier Protein Chocolate Shake
I find most drinks tend to have a very chalky taste. This one didnt. There was a great chocolate flavor and only a very slight chalky taste. As I dont eat enough protien, this is great for me for being able to boost my diet.
