This product has greatly improved my sleep and moodiness. Suffering from hot flashes and night sweats have been a major issue for me promensil has helped me get a more peaceful rest at night. Slept all thru the night better than I have in a long time. Only small side effect I had was a little stomach upset but when I ate a small snack with the supplement it was tolerated better. Overall a great product.
