So happy to find this! My 2 year old is going through a carb loving phase. It has been a struggle to get protein in his diet. This protein pasta is a great solution for us! I love that it is healthy and nutritious. It still has the chewy al dente texture.. I was at first worried that the wheat flour might make it grainy but that’s not the case. He eats it happily without fuss. Love it!

This is such a life saver! My 2 year old is going through a carb loving phase. He has been a struggle to get protein in his diet. This protein pasta is a great solution for us! I love that it is healthy as it uses plant-based ingredients for protein so while eating carbs there is also nutrient. The elbows are perfect grab size and great for Mac and cheese and macaroni salad. It is the perfect grab size for baby led weaning as well. The texture and taste are very similar to the traditional pastas and my 2 year old can’t tell the difference. He eats it happily without fuss. It’s a definite win-win for us !

This is the second time having Nummy. I first tried the pumpkin spice and it does remind me of the pumpkin spice latte. This vanilla coffee smells just like French vanilla! I love it. When drinking it hot, I find that the vanilla flavor is not as noticeable. It is best to drink ice coffee with this. I also made tiramisu with the coffee and it just tastes like the real tiramisu. Because this has no caffeine, I can consume it anytime without the worry that I can’t sleep at night.

I recently got a bottle of the original hot honey. Out of curiosity, I opened it and ate a spoonful of hot honey. It probably wasn’t the best idea. It initially tasted sweet and floral like honey and then the spiciness kicked in like a punch. After chucking a glass of water, I drizzled it on some Korean fried chicken. The honey definitely tastes better on savoury food. It adds some sweetness to the fried chicken and the spiciness miles out. So, I drizzled more and more on each bite. The mild spiciness grows on you. Tonight, we tried on some air fried chicken. I didnt drizzled a lot this time as it was seasoned on already. The hot honey does elevate the dish. However, I usually do like some sweetness in my food. This is a great addition to the pantry.

Recently, I got a bag of decaf pumpkin spice coffee from Nummy Creations. It is a healthier alternative to coffee. It is a herbal coffee where they use use natural ingredients like barley, rye, dandelion roots and no coffee bean in the mix. Sometimes I crave for coffee in the afternoon but I can't sleep at night if I drink caffeine past noon. Yes, there is decaf coffee but that still has a bit of caffeine in it.
I tried making the coffee 3 ways:
- black
- latte (unsweeten)
- with sweetened condensed milk (like Vietnamese coffee)
I made a concentrated black pumpkin spice coffee and that was bitter! I added sweetened condense milk right after to round out the flavor and that brings the nutmeg flavor in the pumpkin spice back out. I find that it is best to have with either milk, cream or sweetened condensed milk. It tastes good both with and without sugar. I wish I know about this earlier when I was pregnant. It actually has that bitter flavor and smell of pumpkin spice coffee.

I used it to make oat bar for my 20 months year old son. I love the mix as it has everything already I don't really need to add much in making the bars. We still don't feed our son sugar so this is perfect for our family. The oat bar turns out to be soft and chewy and slightly crumbly but it is expected as the mix as a lot of seeds, nut and fruits. I love the slight crunch from the seeds and the goji berry really brings out the sweetness. I wasn't sure whether my son would like but it turns out he did :) I will definitely need to get more to make him more snacks. -

The cocktail flavors like Pop the Salt & Tequila, Poppin Rose All Day, Poppin Peach Bellini and Coconut Lime Margarita are caramel based. Out of these flavors, I like the Peach Bellini the best. Mango peach Bellini was my go to drink. I think the coconut like one would be even better if it has more lime salt flavor.
The Birthday Cake and Pop the Champagne is coated with white chocolate. It personally find these two flavours too sweet for me.
The Ginger Scallion reminds me of the ginger scallion grab dish that my grandma used to make. It feels very nostalgic. The Whisky on the Pop was very smokey. It’s definitely an acquired taste.
My favourite are the Poppy Caesar and Chocolate Espresso Martini. The Caesar one has many layers of flavours. I can taste the celery and the spiciness kicks in. The chocolate martini is like eating chocolate popcorn.

Baby is a bottle expert. Due to circumstances after birth, baby only takes his milk with bottles. We stashed up a lot of hospital bottles during our stay but eventually those 2 oz bottles are too small for baby’s appetite and he just can’t wait for his second bottle. We then search for new bottles. We bought few different brands of bottles to try. Philips Avent is by far one of ours and baby favourite bottle. Before we got the Philips Avent bottles, we tried bottles where they claim the nipple mimic the breast nipple. It was a horrible mistake 😵 Baby hates it and we hate it because it’s so hard to feed from it and milk would leak from the side of the baby’s mouth. The only time we could get a good seal is when the baby is super hungry. The Philips nipple has a good seal and good flow. The baby doesn’t really need to be burp anymore either with the bottles. The little hole on the side of the nipple does it’s trick perfectly. The gassy days are behind us and we are only almost 5 months in. We have the glass bottle version as well but it was quite heavy so baby can hold the bottle himself. This bottle has a little groove that fits well with his little hands 🤣🤣 -

Cookie Jar is not my usual go to flavor but I was surprised by it. It was very creamy and smooth. The brown butter flavor reminds me of either biscoff cookies or Trader’s Joe’s cookie butter spread At first, we can’t quite pin point the exact flavor but so we kept eating and eating until the whole pint is gone 😅 Yup, we finished in one seating. We were going back and forth thinking it tastes so familiar… is it cinnamon? Gingerbread? But, I think it reminds me of biscoff cookies. I love the bits of cookies. The size and amount of the cookies bits are perfect. Sometimes I find other brands have too much cookie dough and get in the way of me eating the ice cream.
You got to give the ice cream a try!
