These are fabulous! They are popped bread that are made with minimal amounts of sugar, wheat and carbs. They are very low in calories and carbohydrates. They contain about 3 carbs per broghie. Its a traditioinal Irish recipe that I actually first discoverd while travelling in Ireland years ago, only it's made in Canada and sold in Ireland as well. They are like a crispy round wafer, very light and almost with no taste. Great for butter, jam or other toppings. I love them for h'orderves as well. You can't spread anything too heavy on them as they will break however, that is their only downfall. I woudn't recommend eating plain either as they taste rather plain. If you are on a low carb or paleo or sugar restricted diabetic diet, these are perfect. -

These syrups are virtually carb and sugar free. For those of you who watch or count carbs, this is the syrup for you. They come in a few flavours - pancake syrup, chocolate, caramel, blueberry, and a variety of specialty flavours including blueberry and raspberry. I love them. I count carbs at the moment and don't have to worry about any additonal carbs in my syrups with these. A little pricey - I found these on Amazon for 20% off. Well worth it if you want carb and sugar free. They taste great and not fake. I have not tried the Maple Syrup because to be honest, nothing can really compare to real genuine maple syrup. -

I like how this product doesn't have a funny or odd taste. It has a slight odour of vanilla and doesn't leave a weird taste on your lips. It does work immediately, you can feel your lips start to plump upon applying it. The change is very minimal but you can feel the tingle and if you wait a few minutes to apply lipliner and lipstick you do feel your lips are a little fuller. I like the feeling of fuller lips as my top lip is too thin for my liking. I use this daily under my lipstick. My lips do appear slightly plumper, if anything it makes the slight creases and lines in my lips less noticeable. -

This is my absolute favourite Bath and Body product of all time. The pumpkin smell is outstanding. It cleans and lathers well, smells fresh and the fragrance stays awhile on the hands, which I love. I wash my hands sometimes dozens of times per day as I work in the medical profession and this really makes it a treat and no much a chore. I am very fussy with my hand washes. I always keep a stockpile of these at home. -

I found Minvin Baobab powder on Amazon when I was searching for a supplement that would help me add some great immunity and antioxidants to my diet in an easy powder form. Baobab is a superfruit and has many healing properties. It is supposed to help bring down and stabilize blood sugars as well as containing high levels of different vitamins. I have used this for a few months now in my morning smoothies, and it has definiitely helped me to feel better. I regularly take my blood glucose levels and it has definitely lowered my overall averages. I love this powder. It was a little expensive but a little goes a long way. I only use a teaspoon to my drink every morning. You can bake with this as well but I have not tried that yet. -

This soda stream soda maker is so much fun! It is from Kitchen Aid so a very trusted, quality brand. Soda Stream is the king of soda makers so together it has turned out a really great soda maker. Easy to use but I recommend watching some youtube videos alongside reading all the instructions thoroughly or else you may end up with a fizzy mess! It happened to me the first time I used it. Now that I have the hang of it we use it to make all sorts of great flavours, grape, cola, rootbeer, lemon lime, cherry. The list goes on. Much fun! Very sturdy and heavy piece of applicance. -

I really like this NIVEA Q10plus Anti-Wrinkle Night Care and use it nightly. My skin is mature and very dry in certain areas and this provides a good moisture base. It doesn't go on too heavy, which I like as I hate really heavy creams. I wake up and my face is soft and the dry patches are gone. I use this on and off all year, mostly in the fall and winter months when I really need a night time moisturizer. Top quality. -

Although I cannot notice a real difference in fine lines, my face does look more radiant and has more of a healthy glow than it did prior to using this for the past few months. I get many compliments on my complexion and I will take that as a win. I am nearly 50 so I don't expect my fine lines to just disappear, but this does seem to make my foundation sit better and go on smoother when I use it as a base. It smells fresh and pleasant, and goes on smooth and sinks straight into my dry skin, especially around my cheeks and eyebrow area, which tends to be driest. I really like it and find the pearl technology to easily blend into my skin with the cream well. -

Bath & Body Works Antibacterial Hand Soap smells great and works well to clean. Lots of lather, also doesn't overly dry your hands up if you use it often. I use it a few times a day and it smells great. Lots of nice fragrance choices and limited editions at certain times of the year. My favourite is the Pumpkin Spice and Meyer Lemon, so refreshing. I have one on the go in both bathrooms and at the kitchen sink. -

I have used Fisherman's Friend Lozenges for literally decades. I remember when they only came in the orginal flavour, but now they have all sorts of great flavours. Still as strong as ever, it actually burns your throat but that is the mentholatym and other ingredients working to relieve the throat pain. It doesn't hurt - it works to relieve the pain and give temporary relief so you can swallow without pain. It numbs the pain for awhile. It warms the throat as you suck on the lozenge. These are great for really sore throats. -
