I was selected to test and review CDNC VINYLUX WEEKLY POLISH for free by Chickadvisor's Review Club, which I am super excited about because I'm a nail polish addict! I probably own at least 100 or more current polishes from different brands at any given time of the year. I've actually never tried this product prior to this opportunity, and I am very impressed with the quality of this product.
I liked the bottle and the handle, it was easy to apply the nail polish and top coat without too many mistakes. The polish itself wasn't too smelly either, which is good because my boyfriend hates the smell of nail polish and I sat beside him while I did my nails and he barely noticed any smell. The color polish dries quickly; compared to other products on the market I think it dries much faster, and the pigment is very concentrated so you get a great color. The top coat also was very easy to apply, dried very fast, and looks great. I've been wearing this polish now for about 4 days, and I haven't noticed any chipping and my nails feel stronger (they were easily breaking before).
Overall I am very happy with this product, and I would definitely recommend it and will be purchasing it in the future. Thanks Chickadvisor for this great opportunity to try this product for free! Love it!

I've never used face & bikini wax strips before, and after trying Nair Wax Ready-Strips for Face and Bikini I'm wondering why I've never tried them till now?! I imagined that using wax strips, especially in sensitive areas, would be p-a-i-n- f-u-l to say the least, but I was wrong about Nair.
I tried using the strips in a few different areas and found they were not very effective in removing unruly leg hair (jks) but they were very effective for removing my unwanted eyebrow hair that would normally take 'hours' of obsessive plucking, plus it lasts about two weeks.
I think that the wax would be better if it were a bit sticky-er, I found that once I had used the strip it became ineffective right away and that lead to using a few strips in one area resulting in a blob of wax on my forehead. I'm new to waxing don't judge me! But if this happens to anyone else, the after wax wipe pads are great for removing wax and soothing irritated skin plus it seems like calming lavender oil.
I would definitely recommend this product!

I recently received Batiste Dry Shampoo Dark and Deep Brown to test for free as part of Chickadvisor's product review club. Prior to receiving this product I didn't know that it contains a hint of deep brown color to enhance dark hair, and since I have blonde highlights and wasn't ready to change that, I asked my boyfriend who but luckily has very dark brown almost black hair and agreed to test this product out instead. Now keeping in mind the fact that he has never tried dry shampoo prior to Batiste, he found this product to be easy and enjoyable to use and was impressed by the pleasant scent and how effectively it cleaned his hair. The first time he tried it was before leaving for work, and he mentioned after work that he noticed his hair felt clean and smelt fresh all day through work. He was reluctant to try this product at first, doubting its ability to replace a daily shower, but after trying it on a few different occassions he said he liked the product especially because of how well it worked and how long it lasted, and that he will continue to use my trial product and would probably consider buying it for himself too. Thanks Batiste and Chickadvisor for helping me convert him! -
McCain Extra Crispy Spicy Straight Cut Fries
I love these fries! I recently tried them alongside my homemade hamburgers, delish! plus I like the new packaging easy to open. Just wish there were more fries in the bag, they tend to disappear quickly!

Tide Laundry Pods
I like Tide Pods detergent rather than other types/brands because of it effectiveness and great scent. I do really wish that they were not so pricey, that's really a draw back for me with this product which often means I buy other brands/types over... +

Would only recommend this to those that have more money to spend on laundry products.

I recommend you try it! -
Lavanila The Healthy Deodorant
I liked that this product is natural, and surprisingly it worked pretty well. It is quite pricey though and since it is so small and gets used up so fast -I would say 'save your money- not worth spending nearly $20 on a two week supply of deodorant

A few months ago I went to a popular hair salon to get my hair styled and highlighted. I ended up getting talked into a full head of full highlights and lowlights, cut, style, blowdry - the works. Aside from the fact that the final bill went just a bit overbudget (was well over $300.00!) I couldn't argue with the quality of work the hairstylist did, or the products they used.
If only it were possible to get the same look from home (maybe even for less than $300.00?) - enter John Frieda Sheer Blonde Go Blonder Controlled Lightening Spray.
It's easy to use, it's affordable, and it works. You won't get the same results that you would from a salon, but personally I like this product because it touches up roots and brightens pre-existing highlights or hair colour- meaning less trips to the salon. This product makes it easy to create and maintain salon quality looks quickly and without mess which is great when I'm on the go. Get results fast, I noticed a difference in my hair colour after only 2-3 uses.
Overall, I'm really pleased with this product, and I would definitely recommend others to try it!
