In receiving this item I did not know what to expect. I have tried numerous power bars in the past of all varieties but this one really surprised me! Not only were they dense little bars but they were also filling and it felt like you were really getting the bang for your buck without feeling they were too heavy (even though they were free :) ) The flavor was as delicious as described with a nice blend of chocolate and peanut butter. I will definitely buy these in future. -
