NOW Ultra Omega-3 - 1,000 mg
I have been taking this Ultra Omega-3 - 1,000 mg by NOW from last two weeks and I can see positive difference in my daily activities. It contains 1000 mg of fish oil and 750 mg of Omega 3 fatty acids (250 mg DHA and 500 mg EPA). Children of age 6 years and older can take 1 softgel 1-2 times daily and Adults can take 2 softgels 1-2 times daily with meals. It helps in reducing serum triglycerides. In children, it helps to support the development of brain, eyes and nerves. Packaged in Guelph Ontario in bottle made with PCR (Post Consumer Recycled) plastic. It is available at Health food stores in Canada both in store and online. I would highly recommend this product.

Myoflex 20% Maximum Strength 100g Pain Relief Cream
I used this pain relief cream a few times in last 2 weeks and I can say that it works really well on the targeted area. I love the fact that it is odour free. It contains triethanolamine salicylate in 20% w/w strength which is the maximum strength. It is not at all greasy or sticky, it absorbs nicely and deeply into the skin giving required pain relief. It is available online at Amazon, exzellshop.com and local pharmacies. I would highly recommend this product.

AWAKE Caffeinated Chocolate Bites
I am in love with these caffeinated chocolate bites by AWAKE. These bites are creamy and soft. It has same amount of Caffeine as in half cup of coffee. These have no bitter taste or any artifical ingredients. These are gluten free making them a perfect guilt free snack when you are craving chocolate or coffee. It is easily available at 7-eleven, Loblaws or Sobeys both in store and online. I would highly recommend this product.

Mustela No Rinse Baby Cleansing Water with Organic Avocado
I am in love with this no rinse cleansing water because of the fact that it comes handy when you quickly want to clean baby's face and diaper area without rinsing. I have been using this on my 1 year old baby almost everyday. It effectively removes any impurities while keeping the skin really soft. 98% of the ingredients are of natural origin. I would highly recommend this product to everyone.

I have been using this body lotion by Mustela on my 1 year old baby after every bath, it perfectly hydrates the skin and makes it soft and smooth. I am in love with the fragrance which is really refreshing and not overpowering. 97% of the ingredients are of natural origin. I would highly recommend this product to everyone.

I have been using this product on my 1 year old daughter and I can surely say that it keeps her skin well hydrated throughout the day. Also, it makes her hair soft and shiny. It has organically farmed avocado which reinforces skin's moisture barrier. I love the fact that 93% of the ingredients are of natural origin. It is dermatologist tested and can be used from birth on. I would highly recommend this product to everyone.

I have been giving PediaFer™ to my toddler for one week now. It has lemon flavour which my daughter totally loves. It comes with easy to dispense dropper. It contains iron salt to help in the proper formation and function of red blood cells in the body. I love the fact that the daily dose of PediaFer™ can be added to her beverage, food or directly into her mouth. It is suitable for newborns as well as children up to 3 years old. I would highly recommend this product and will definitely be buying it again.
