Personally I thought it was alright. The flavor is nice and so is the packaging. But I did not think it as effective as other ones I have tried. I prefer Burts Bees or general brands with no flavor.

I used to have terrible acne but after I started using this my skin cleared up a bit. I also changed my diet too and started working out more, but I would say that this definitely made a difference in terms of my skin. I have much better skin now... +
