I recently purchased wool knitted hats (package of 2). My son wore the first hat and it ripped at the seam on top. This is poor quality. I have tried to contact customer service , left a message but I haven’t received a call back yet. I would spend my hard-earned money on another brand. I am definitely not buying any Bench products again.    -
