As soon as I received the package I read the instructions and took the first dosage that night. The first night it gave me a bit of a tummy ache but it did not happen again the nights after that. I finished the first box and then began the next box waiting for any signs of changes in my body. I have trouble sleeping because I feel hot with blankets but cold without them. I also get occasional hot flashes. I did not feel any significant changes in my sleep/heat problem. I did notice a small change in my hot flashes though. I still get them but they are short-lived and I get them only occasionally. I can't say that this product significantly helped me with my post menopausal issues but I may need to either use it longer or consult my HCP for other options. -

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of further information on the bottle. In layman's terms on what it's actually good for. The bottle had alot of medical terms.

As soon as I got my package I was excited to try it. I tasted one and my husband ate the other. It quickly dissolved in my mouth without sticking to my teeth like other gummies do. You can really taste the berries but with a hint of something I could not put my finger on. Almost like "medicine". My husband said he didn't taste the 'medicine' as I put it. He really liked it as well. No bad aftertaste but the Elderberry flavour stays in your mouth for a long while.

But after using the service I highly recommend this! The groceries available were of high quality but not cheap in price though. I found a few things on sale which I took advantage of and some main items were out of stock. I liked the schedule delivery and the call the delivery guy gave me 2 minutes before he came to let me know he was on his way. He was very friendly And wearing his mask and thanked me for shopping. All in all a great experience! -
