I used the Gut Guard and I found it did not help me. It made me constipated and my gut did not feel any better. I would not recommend this product. I didn't el any different

It is a great product and would recommend it to everyone. The mouthwash was refreshing and tasty. The color of it was eye appealing and rhe smell was great.
