I’ve been trying out Promensil Peri-Menopause and I’m happy with the results so far. After using it consistently, I’ve noticed my mood feels more balanced, and my hot flashes and sleep issues have started to improve. I love that it’s made with natural ingredients and easy to include in my daily routine. It did take a little while to notice changes, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, but overall I feel much better and plan to keep using it.
