I have been taking this for the last 7 weeks as a part of my supplement stack. I have noticed a reduction in my emotional symptoms as a result of peri. I feel more calm and stable and less likely to anger easily, which is a huge relief for me. I will continue to take this for the rest of the pack, and will purchase again to continue taking it.

I use this as a body scrub and it’s fine. I will not use this on my face, it is too abrasive. The scent is fine, it does a good body exfoliation. I prefer chemical exfoliation for my face.
