I purchased this product because I felt I was getting tartar buildup and didn't like the look of my gums. I use the mouthwash for 30 seconds twice per day after brushing my teeth and do not drink or eat anything for a half hour. Great when you're trying to cut back on food too. My teeth and gums look cleaner, healthier and I love the long lasting fresh breath feeling. My teeth are sensitive to temperature and I found this mouthwash perfect for this issue. -

I purchased this toothpaste on sale in the 50ml size. You do not need a lot to make your mouth feel fresh and your teeth to be clean. I was surpised at how long the fresh breath feeling lasted. This is my new favourite toothpaste.

This soap is by far the best bar soap I have ever used. I love the lather and size of the bar. The smell is amazing and leaves your skin lightly scented. I prefer the peppermint in the summer to make you feel cooler although I use it all year round. It doesn't dry out your skin or make you feel like you have soap left on your skin after rinsing it off. It's a bit pricey for a bar of soap but one bar lasts a long time with everyday showers. The bar doesn't get "gummy" when putting it back in the soap dish like so many other bars do resulting in it lasting longer. -

Nordica Smooth Cottage Cheese Plain
This product tastes absolutely disgusting. I love Gay Lea cottage cheese but the plain smooth tastes more like sour cream to me. I will stick with the Gay Lea 2% cottage cheese.
