I having been using Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen 50 sensitive formula mineral sunscreen skin for the past 2 weeks. It is safe for all skin types and is non comedogenic. Super easy to apply, and dries clear, the cap on the product senses and changes colour in the presence of UV light. Blue Lizard is "reef-friendly", with no Oxybenzone or Octinoxate. It leaves my skin soft and not greasy. It remains water resistant for 80 minutes and is so easy to reapply. It is great for working in the garden or being in the water. It performs so well that I have been using it daily. As a fair skinned person who's skin is really sensitive to the sun, Blue Lizard out performs every other mineral sunscreen that I have tried. I will definitely be using this as a day to day sunscreen.

The hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, fatigue and especially rheumatic pain have been quite severe for me. Swiss Natural Menolibrium is clinically proven to ease symptoms of Menopause, I had hoped that the difference would be more drastic than I have experienced, but at this poit, any relief is helpful. As this is a natural supplement, I would suggest anyone seeking relief from the symptoms of Menopause give it a try. -

I had bloodwork indicating that my cholesterol is borderline, so I figured that a clinically proven supplement, along with diet and exercise would be the way to go. Swiss Natural ChoLessterol with Vegapure Plant Sterol Esters is clinically proven to reduce LDL cholesterol up to 14% and total cholesterol up to 6%. I can be sensitive to extra additives and this soft gel capsule has no artificial flavours, colours, sweeteners, preservatives, dairy, wheat or yeast. There are 50 capsules in a bottle, containing 650mg Vegapure Plant Sterol Esters. I took 2 capsules twice daily, with meals, for maximum effectiveness. It is safe to use with or without medication and there were no side effects or unpleasant aftertaste. If you are looking to lower your cholesterol and need some help, this is a great product. I have been going through some personal difficulties for the past few months and really noticed that I've not been feeling like myself. Nothing was helping, so I was very interested in the opportunity to try Promensil Perimenopause Supplement for one month. I'm not sure if it is perimenopause for me, but after taking this supplement, I noticed that I felt somewhat more relaxed and less anxious. It also helped with the agitiation I was having in relation to my stress. I've been having sleep issues for awhile now, but with this supplement, I was able to reduce the amount of sleep medication that I had been taking. I felt like a slightly more refreshed version of myself and I am attributing that to Promensil because I did not continue after the one month trial and am noticing my previous issues have returned. Promensil really made a difference for me, at a time when I really needed it. I will be considering it as a permanent supplement for my daily routine. I recommend this for any woman who is feeling like they need a bit of a boost when it comes to issues concerning hot flashes, night sweats, agitation, nervousness and sleep aid during mental stress. I have also noticed that my hair, skin and nails are not quite what they once were, so any improvement here has been helpful. Give it a try for one month and see if it helps. I was pleasantly surprised and plan to purchase this product.

I was very happy with the quality of Alex Plus white DAP, which is an acrylic latex caulk plus silicone with a 40 year lifespan. I used it to seal around the edge of some windows in my home. I wanted a product that would create a waterproof seal, dry quickly and have low odour. It was easy to use once I got going, but I did spill some when getting ready to start the job. Luckily it cleans up easily. I would reccomend DAP to anyone doing any type of repair job, sealing projects or crafting. It dries and is paintable in thirty minutes and can be used on interior and exterior projects while allowing flexibility. I plan on using it again. I recently tried PanOxyl's Blemish Brightening Patches with Spot Fading Technology. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficacy of this product. Not only does the patch target the look of dark spots and redness, it also visibly improves the appearance of skin texture and pores. I had noticeable results after one application! I have some brown sun spots under my eyes, where my sunglasses sit, as well as some deep bumps beside the bridge of my nose. The colour of my sun spots were noticibly lighter and I was surprised by how smooth the skin of the treated area was after removal of the patch. PanOxyl uses the newest Spot Fading Complex of Niacinamide, Tranexamic Acid and Vitamin C to lighten blemishes and spots, while also smoothing and brightening the look of your skin. This patch does exactly what it says it will do and delivers great results! I recommend it to anyone looking to make improvements to their skin.

If you are looking for soothing relief from scrapes, minor burns and skin irritations this summer, then look no further. Ozonol is a tried and true non-stinging ointment which offers immediate soothing relief. It's great for anytime of year, but I tend to need it for bug bites and stings, scratches from gardening, outdoor maintenance and chafing and chapping. It does not sting when it is applied, so that is a bonus for kids. It is emollient and absorbs readily into the skin. You can use Ozonol up to 4 times daily, to encourage healing to the affected area. I always have it in my first aid kit and recommend it for all minor skin issues because it works! -
