Indeed Laboratories (indeed Labs) is Canadian, Toronto based skincare company that is well known in UK. This balm is not a brand new product but one of the recent ones of Indeed Laboratories (indeed Labs).
The balm has a concentrated formula that is extremely gentle and has a consistency of an ointment that is it formulated without fragrance.
It is good for dry to very dry, sensitive, ultra sensitive and irritated skin.
I personally find it too emollient and heavy on my moderately dry sensitive skin. It's a good product, but it not my favorite I have another Indeed Laboratories (indeed Labs) products that I like better.

I prefer and primarily shop on their website as it easier to find products in terms of my size and stock availability as some product may be available only online.
I primarily like to shop their jeans as they offer different inseam lengths in (Long, extra long, regular and short and extra short ) which is convenient cause you don't have to worry about it needing to be hemmed. Personally, find their denim to be comparable to more premium mid-ranged denim brands like Topshop. they offer a great selection of fits and styles.
